Why We Are Different

When you are looking for a remodeling specialist for your home you need someone who is a full-time, dedicated, highly skilled carpentry professional like Kevin Wrynn. Kevin has been doing business in Queens for over 30 years.

Kevin is a long-time member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) NYC/LI Chapter now known as the Professional Remodeling Organization of New York. As required by members, Kevin pledged to observe high standards of honesty, integrity and responsibility in the conduct of business.

Kevin is a NARI Certified Remodeler (CR), recognized as a highly experienced remodeling professional who provides a full range of remodeling services. CR's possess expertise in a broad range of business management and technical skill areas, identifying them as well-rounded remodeling experts capable of managing all aspects of a remodeling project.

Contractors with integrity will give you a thoroughly thought out, written estimate after meeting with you. This should include all materials and work needed. If you are issued a proposal without an explanation or on-site consultation, you should not only question it, but the skill and professionalism of your contractor as well.

Remember when you are choosing a remodeler, the “lowest" proposal does not mean it is the best value. If there is a large difference in pricing between contractors, it may be that something has been left out and will need to be added on at a later date.

As Ben Franklin said "The Bitterness of Poor Quality remains long after the Sweetness of Low Price is Forgotten."
